XBox Live Avatars lose guns soon

If you’ve purchased any gun avatar item, you’ll be able to keep it, but after January 1, 2012, a new policy on the XBox Live Marketplace goes into effect and gun-like avatar items are going to be removed. One possible exception may be the Portal gun, since it’s not technically a “gun”, but avatar items like the Gears of War Lancer will be forever removed from the market.



videogamenostalgia: Now available on the Xbox Live Marketplace Batman: Arkham City avatar offerings.  You can buy costumes of Batman, Catwoman, Joker, Robin, and Harley Quinn.  You can also purchase items such as Bane’s mask, Riddler’s cane and hat, Two Face’s coin, Catwoman’s whip, Robin’s staff, and some Batman gadgets. It all ranges between 80 and 400 Xbox points.  A good deal if you want to be The God Damn Batman in my opinion. (via Comics Alliance)
